1. The persona layer
A generated identity with a name, backstory, photos, and voice. Maya was built with Stable Diffusion for visuals, ElevenLabs for voice, and a personality profile written to optimize subscriber retention. No real person was photographed or recorded.
2. The chat engine (Claude Code)
Every DM, every reply, every subscription thank-you is written by Claude Code. The system maintains consistent personality, remembers past conversations, and escalates high-spending fans to premium content flows. It never gets tired, never gets rude, never makes a typo.
3. The revenue loop
$34/fan/month average. Top 10% of fans generate 67% of revenue. The system detects high-intent spenders within 48 hours and routes them to premium tiers automatically. No human touches the funnel until the money hits the bank.
4. Scaling to 10 Mayas
One operator can run multiple AI personas simultaneously. Each persona has a different niche, look, and personality. The marginal cost of persona #10 is near zero — just compute and API credits. $43K/mo × 10 personas = $430K/mo with the same team size.
